Stephanie has over 35 years experience in the quantity surveying profession in South Africa. Her involvement in projects has covered all aspects of private, commercial, public and civil engineering works, specializing in property development, budget estimating and feasibility studies of proposed projects.

Sthembile Nhlumayo

Co-founder of NT Quantity Surveyors
Sthembile completed her in-service training with the firm in 2006, assisting in estimates, contract administration and final accounts of various schools and clinics. She joined the firm as a full-time staff member in November 2007 and has been the project quantity surveyor on numerous complex projects.
